Just recently, I was playing around the new Thesis 1.7 of DIYthemes – just the right theme for WordPress newbies like me.

To continue, the whole tutorial using Thesis 1.6 being offered by Chris Pearson of Pearsonified.com the genius behind the software/theme was just darn so cool. Take note, I’m currently using Thesis 1.7 but everything worked like a charm.

As you can see, the site is now more simple yet provocative – of course my wife was behind my back so most of the color combinations are her preferences. But then again I have to complement it with a few touch of class. (Now I don’t know what I’m talking about.)

Anyway, to sum it up, the whole package was really worth the purchase and investment. But my question would be; “will I be getting my ROI using the current theme?” As you can see Google AdSense does not fit the bill hence, I got no choice but to try or push for Affiliate Marketing of which I’m not pretty interested nor a fan. Haissttt…. I guess I have to figure that out before my earnings for Google AdSense drops!

I’m hearing customizations and blending from my right, but I’ve tried that for the nth time and still it’s not worth the clicks nor will entice readers to click. I think even my “american pitbull terrier” wouldn’t click for the ads either….

I guess I have to explore some sites using “Thesis” for me to copy their ad placements and learn from their theme customizations…
