How to speedup your WordPress blog… Do you think your WordPress blog is performing at its best? Think again!

As we all know, WordPress has tons of features that includes plugins that can be used to our advantage, but too much of it can really kill our blog by slowing it down. Yes! I was once obsessed with a few of these cool plugins but as time passes by I’ve realized that it slows my blog down. Worst, earning potential has diminished.

Now,  how to speedup your WordPress blog? These are the things I’ve learned from Memwg.com and allow me to share it to you:

  • Reduce the number of posts on the home page
  • Add a caching plugin
  • Clean up the database
  • Disable unnecessary plugins
  • Switch to a faster theme
  • Remove unncessary JavaScript
  • Upgrade your WordPress
  • Increase the PHP memory limit
  • Increase the database timeout

And there are a lot more that you can explore to speedup your WordPress blog.
